Funny Christmas
I haven't done any Christmas shopping, yet. I thought I'd wait for the after-Christmas sales, first.
Actually, I have a hard time thinking up gift ideas. But I thought of an idea for my wife. She has been stressed out a lot lately and is often quite serious about things in general and doesn't laugh a lot, so I thought I would load her up with humor for the holidays. That's the idea for the theme, anyway.
Anybody have any recommendations for humorous books and videos and whatnot?

Does she have any favorite actors/acresses? How about authors?
Do you have any comedy clubs nearby? YOu could get her tickets for the two of you and reservations and make her gift a neat night out.....

Great ideas Trace!
Also, seeing as she's stressed out, my favourite gift idea for ladies is still that "spa" thing, a gift certificate to a place where they do facials, pedicures, and body massages....trust me on this one Bill. After my late hubby died I went through a horrendously stressful year, and one year later my family gave me one of those as a gift. I spent 4 hours in that place getting massaged and pampered, and when I left I was so relaxed I felt like rubber. I'll never forget that gift.
The only other thing I can think of off the top of my head for useful stress relieving gifts would be a couple or few good comedy movies she might like?
Good luck! And let us know what you settled on and how she enjoys it, would you? :-)

I was going to suggest the same thing Bill. I don't know any woman who doesn't like a good pampering every now and then. Hubby buys me one every year and I enjoy it.
